WITS presents a great opportunity for me as a speaker to connect with attendees who have a common purpose; to share best practices, learn about industry trends, support and empower each other, all of which contribute to building a strong community enabling women to grow and thrive in technology careers. Sharing my experience and helping others develop key professional skills is satisfying to me, and a way to pay it forward.
- What inspires you?
The challenge of wrestling complexity and the journey towards simple and efficient solutions inspires me. There’s a lot of complexity and waste in healthcare. I find leveraging technology to make healthcare better for everyone very motivating and a meaningful endeavor.
