Stephanie Harris is Software Engineer at AWeber. She is heading a panel at WITS Northeast 2020 on Navigating the Workforce After Coding Bootcamps.
- Why is speaking at WITS important to you?
Since getting my first programming job, I’ve received LinkedIn messages from several people asking what the secret to success is before, during, and after a bootcamp. While I certainly do not have all of the answers, I’m excited to share my experiences and hopefully help others decide if a coding bootcamp is worth the risk for them. - What inspires you?
My mom. She moved to this country by herself as a young adult and worked very hard to build a successful career. I often use her story to remind myself that any challenge I’m facing is likely not as difficult as anything that my mom went through. - Most useful article you’ve read in the last month

I wanted to be a Computer Animator and work on Disney movies. My 9-year-old self would be really impressed that I became a Software Engineer! - Tell us something about your session
