  • Why is speaking at WITS important to you?

Women in Tech Summit (WITS) mission to empower girls in #STEM is inspiring and as a STEM Advocate resonates personally with me. Sharing our personal journey, exploring the future, motivating each other to aim higher and the camaraderie from the community makes me feel grateful to be part of WITS for the second consecutive year and make the trek to NC from Washington DC.

  • What inspires you?

With the evolution of the technology landscape, the ability to pursue new horizons is possible, be it your business, side hustle, new gigs. Ideas are plenty and I enjoy the drive, collective energy, enthusiasm of my fellow beings and the empathy to help each other succeed.

  • When you were a kid what was your dream job?

As a kid, I always enjoyed leading the pack of children, keeping them organized, persuading and motivating them to dream big. Indra Nooyi, Chairman of Pepsico who is from my hometown Chennai, India was my role model. Connecting the dots, being an executive leader using technology as a business enabler is the path I have carved for myself.
