Micha Rubin is a Product Practice Manager at Fearless. She is a member of a panel at WITS Spring Summit on Conquering the Climb: Fearless Leaders on Overcoming Imposter Syndrome as you Grow in Your Career.

• Why is speaking at WITS important to you?

Women are the future. We need to band together and make space for ourselves in areas like tech where we have been historically unrepresented and marginalized.

• What or who inspires you?

Cliche, but my mother inspires me. She always told me I can do whatever I want and can be financially independent from any partner. She was an early scion of feminism.

• Tell us something about your session

Controversial but a little bit of imposter syndrome can be a good thing. It keeps us from getting comfortable in habits and forces constant learning and innovation.
